Tersane Istanbul’s centuries-old industrial heritage comes alive through the dynamism of contemporary art and timeless craftsmanship. Italian luxury fashion house Golden Goose celebrates the opening of its new space, HAUS Istanbul—set within the inspiring atmosphere of Tersane Istanbul—with a dedicated art and craft program held simultaneously with the internationally anticipated art fair, Contemporary Istanbul. Taking place from September 23–27 at Tersane Istanbul, this multi-layered experience bridges Venetian artisanal mastery with Turkish craftsmanship and contemporary artistic practices. The centerpiece of the program features a live performance curated by Begüm Güney, conceived by Anna Laudel artists Ertuğrul Güngör and Faruk Ertekin. The two artists complete their artwork in progressive stages before guests, bringing the piece to its final form.
Illuminating the behind-the-scenes process of art making, this collaborative creation extends beyond performance by merging with Golden Goose HAUS’s co-creation philosophy at Tersane Istanbul. Motifs that emerge during the live performance will be adapted into a limited-edition co-created Golden Goose collection offered throughout Contemporary Istanbul. Additionally, a curated selection by Anna Laudel will welcome art enthusiasts for the duration of the fair. From September 23–27, 2026, art lovers gathered along the shores of the Golden Horn to experience Contemporary Istanbul and discover the workshop program at Golden Goose HAUS Istanbul inside Tersane Istanbul.
