The Rebirth of a Shipyard

Aliée Lofts is the transformation of two historic buildings rising around Aynalıkavak Pavilion into contemporary living spaces through a meticulous restoration process. Original stone walls, cast-iron beams, and arched window openings have been preserved with the highest possible sensitivity.

The interior architecture does not conceal history; it honors it with a simple and timeless language. Natural stone and brick surfaces, wooden flooring, working fireplaces, and textured marble bathrooms coexist with the comfort of a contemporary home. Ceiling heights ranging from 3.4 to 4.6 meters preserve the spaciousness and sense of volume that define the loft typology.

Twenty-Three Homes

Aliée Lofts consists of 23 homes in total: 11 planned as 1+1 residences and 11 as 2+1 residences, while T38 Block features a single special unit. Each home is distinguished by its own proportions, window composition, and quality of light. Even two homes side by side on the same floor are not identical; the rhythm of the historic structure is reflected separately in every plan.

Hotel-Inspired Luxury Living

Owners of Aliée Lofts have access to the full service ecosystem of the neighboring Aliée Hotel. A 24-hour reception, housekeeping, room service, SPA, restaurants, and concierge services are only a phone call away.

During the weeks when the owner is away from the city, the Aliée team takes care of the home. When the owner is in residence, the comfort of a hotel quietly comes into play. From private dining arrangements and childcare to dry cleaning and special evening preparations, every need is handled within the brand.

How to Own

Aliée Lofts has also been designed as a property that can be rented through Aliée’s global reservation network during unused periods. The agreement is structured as 5 years plus a 5-year extension option and provides the property owner with a fixed annual rental return of 7%.

All operations, including cleaning, guest communication, and reservation distribution, are managed by the Aliée Hotel team. In this way, Aliée Lofts carries two identities at once: a family home on the Golden Horn and an asset that works throughout the year.

Obligations such as property tax, rental income tax, environmental cleaning tax, and compulsory earthquake insurance belong to the property owner.
